  • Thor currently holds the all-time deadlift world record at 510 kg (set in 2025 at the World Deadlift Championships).
  • He previously pulled 505 kg in competition (2025) and had an earlier 501 kg lift in 2020.
  • He attempted (but fell short of) 515 kg at the Enhanced Games in May 2026.

This 511 kg attempt is a more conservative but still historic target after that setback.

How to Watch Live

  • Stream starts: Around 6:15 PM ET / 3:15 PM PT (July 11).
  • Platforms: Enhanced Games’ Rumble, Thor’s YouTube, and Twitch.
  • Recent training: He pulled a very smooth 480 kg recently as prep.

Check Thor’s official channels (@ThorBjornsson_ on X/Instagram/YouTube) or Enhanced Games for the exact live link. It’s an exhibition-style event, so expect big energy.

This guy is an absolute beast — good luck to him! If you’re watching, let me know how it goes. 💪
